Transportation costs in exchanges and returns are free in Spain for any reason without needing any justification. For purchases outside of Spain the costs of changes or returns derived from transport will be borne by the customer unless they are due to defects or defects in the product received, in which case they are always free.

The product will be delivered to the address you indicate when ordering. Returns of products that have been used or washed will not be accepted and that they are not in the same conditions that were received. In case the return is requested by the customer for the justified dissatisfaction with the product after its use, the case will be studied.
